Utility Revenue ProtectionPricing model
Priced per Field Visit
Your cost follows the notices, disconnections, reconnections and inspections your crews carry out, not the number of people who use the system. Every utility and contract has different volumes, rules and integrations, so instead of a price list, you get a quote built for your operation.
Why per visit
Pricing That Follows the Work You Are Paid For
Credit control work is measured in visits: notices delivered, supplies disconnected and reconnected, meters inspected. Pricing on the same unit means your cost rises and falls with the work, and with what your contract earns. Users aren’t counted: crews, supervisors, call centre agents and the utility’s own staff all use it without a seat fee.
If your monthly volumes are known, you get a fixed yearly fee with a rate for anything above it. If they aren’t, you get a rate per visit with a minimum yearly commitment.

FAQ
Questions About Pricing
What counts as a field visit?
A task a crew completes on site and records in the app: a notice delivered, a disconnection, a reconnection, a site visit or an inspection. Tasks withdrawn before a visit, such as those for accounts that paid in time, are not counted.
Do we pay for each user?
No. Crews, supervisors, call centre agents and office staff all use the platform without a seat fee, so you can give access to everyone who needs it, including the utility’s own staff.
Is setup charged separately?
Yes, as a one-time setup fee. It covers setting up your task types and rules, loading your areas and customer records, building the reports, and training your teams. It’s a fixed price, quoted in your proposal as a number of working days.
Is the billing connection included?
It is quoted as part of your setup, because every billing system is reached differently. Your proposal states what is connected and what flows each way.
Can we start with one region or one service?
Yes. Many operations start with one region, or with electricity before water, and add the rest without disrupting work already running.
What if our volumes change during the year?
Volumes in this work move with the season and with the utility’s policy. Tell us the range you expect, and we’ll build it into your proposal.
