Fieldmaster.ai is the technology wing of the Keystone Services group, a contracting group in Oman. We ran field crews long before we wrote software, and built the platform we needed on our own sites.
Our story
We Started on the Job Site, Not in a Software House
Fieldmaster.ai comes from the Keystone Services group, a contracting group in Oman. In 2015 our teams were running field crews across multiple sites. The work got done, but the office rarely saw it in time: updates came in late, paperwork went missing and every question meant another phone call.
No software on the market was built for that reality, so we built our own. That work became Keystone Technologies SPC, the group’s technology wing, and Fieldmaster.ai, the platform it builds and runs for operators across the GCC, with development and delivery teams in Oman, the UAE and India.

Amal Mohan
Founder & CEO
Amal has spent more than a decade building digital tools for field teams in the GCC. The first version of Fieldmaster.ai fixed daily problems in his own contracting business, Keystone Services. He is a computer science engineer with an MBA in operations.

Qais co-founded Keystone Services LLC, the contracting company Fieldmaster.ai grew out of. He is an integral part of several high-profile smart city projects in Oman.
Abdullatif Al Shaqsi
Strategic Advisor
Abdullatif brings more than 25 years of executive experience in strategy, financial services, payments, and billing and collection. He was CEO of Tasdeed for Electronic Services and General Manager of billing at ONEIC, and now advises organizations on AI strategy and business transformation.

Every project follows the same path, so you always know what comes next and what we need from you.
Agree
You send your requirements, and we send a quote and statement of work with the scope, plan and price. Once you accept, we sign the contract.
Define
A kickoff meeting to agree the team, timeline and contacts. Requirements workshops turn your process into a detailed requirements document, which you sign off.
Build
We assemble and configure the app on the platform to the signed-off requirements. Your team then tests it in user acceptance testing and signs it off.
Launch
Go live, and real use starts. We train your key users, who train everyone else, and stay close to your team during hypercare in the weeks after launch.

Encrypted in transit and at rest
Field records, photos and documents are encrypted on their way from the device and while stored on our servers.
Choice of hosting location
Hosted in the US or the EU by default, on enterprise-grade servers. Other locations, for local data rules, are available at extra cost.
Automated backups
Backups run automatically across the whole system, so your data can be fully recovered after an emergency or a system failure.
Your data, yours to export
Your organization owns its data. Every module has an export to Excel, and photos and recordings are provided as download links on request.
Access managed by your admins
Your administrators add and remove people and decide what each role can see and do, down to a single site or unit, without a support ticket.
Complete audit trail
Every submission, edit and approval is time-stamped and attributed, with GPS-tagged photos, ready for audits and disputes.

We Run Our Own Business on Fieldmaster
Our own contracts, invoices, payments and support tickets live in an app built on the same platform we sell. Invoices are raised automatically from each contract’s billing plan, and every customer request is tracked from the moment it’s logged to a verified fix.

From Contractors to Platform
Every step came from solving a real challenge on site.
2015
The beginning
Working as field contractors across multiple sites, we faced a constant disconnect between field teams and office systems. We started building our own tools to close it.
2017
First platform launch
The first working version reached field and office teams. It cut manual follow-ups and gave managers visibility across ongoing projects.
2019
Regional expansion
We expanded across the GCC, and utilities and infrastructure teams adopted the platform to run large-scale workflows, reporting and field documentation.
Today
One platform, many operations
Fieldmaster.ai now runs waste management, utility meters, safe journeys, facilities, HSE, fleet and materials operations, with over $200M in value delivered.

You’re smaller than the big platforms. What’s the risk for us?
The platform already runs more than 20 apps in production for operators across the GCC, and it is backed by a contracting group that runs field crews of its own. You talk directly to the people who build your app, so changes land in days, not quarters.
And you are never locked in: your organization owns its data and can export it to Excel at any time.
Who owns our data, and can we take it with us?
Your organization does. Every module has a built-in export to Excel, so you can download your records whenever you like. Excel exports don’t include photos and recordings; for those, our support team provides download links on request.
Where is our data hosted?
On enterprise-grade servers in the EU or the US. If your industry or country requires hosting in a specific region, that’s available at extra cost.
How is our data protected?
Data is encrypted on its way between the app and our servers, and backups run automatically across the whole system. Your administrators control who can see and do what, and every submission, edit and approval is recorded with who, when and where.
Security is shared: your team keeps credentials safe and removes access for people who leave, which your administrators can do themselves at any time.
