ERP Software Built Around How Your Company Works

Fieldmaster is the ERP for companies whose work happens in the field as well as the office: contractors, utilities, service companies and operators in the GCC. Purchasing, stores, projects and billing, assets, fleet, safety and crews run on one platform, with the same users and the same data. We build each module around your process and roll them out one at a time, so you don’t bend your company to fit a product.

The problem

Why Off-the-Shelf ERP Leaves Operations on Paper

Off-the-shelf ERP is built around a standard way of buying, stocking and billing. Operations-heavy companies rarely work the standard way: material requests come from sites, approvals follow your own chain, stock sits in vans and site stores, and jobs are billed against a bill of quantities.

So the ERP runs finance in the office, and the work that feeds it stays on paper, spreadsheets and group chats. Licences are priced per user, so the people on site never get one, and the data reaches the ERP late and wrong.

Modules

The Modules Your Operation Runs On

Each module is built around your forms, approval stages and roles, and they all share one set of users, approvals, dashboards and documents.

  • Purchasing

Material requests from site, quotes from vendors on a portal, approval chains and purchase orders.

  • Stores and inventory

Goods receipt, issue and transfer, with stock in warehouses, vehicles and with people, including serial numbers.

  • Projects and billing

Quotations, job cards with a bill of quantities, signed delivery orders, supply and progress invoices, and payments.

  • Assets and maintenance

An asset register, a planned maintenance timetable and fault-to-fix jobs for technicians.

  • Contracts and invoicing

Customer contracts with recurring invoices and payment tracking, and maintenance contracts with their visits.

  • Petty cash and expenses

Cash given to sites and staff, settled with receipt photos that fill in the vendor, amount and tax.

  • Crews and attendance

Clock-in with a face check inside the site boundary, and daily performance by crew.

  • Fleet

Vehicle checks, documents, workshop jobs, fuel and dispatch.

  • Health and safety

Observations, inspections, incidents, permits to work and corrective actions.

How it rolls out

One Module at a Time, Not a Big-Bang Project

Start where the pain is, prove it works, then add the next module on the same platform.

  1. Map the process

We sit with your team and write down how the work actually runs: the forms, approval stages, roles and reports.

  2. 10 to 18 working days

    Build the first module

We build it on the platform, so most of it is already proven in production before we start.

  3. Go live

Office staff use the web console and people on site use the Fieldmaster Pocket app, in their own language.

  4. Add the next module

Each new module joins the same platform, with the same users, approvals and dashboards.

Accounting

Your Accounting Package Stays, and Gets Better Data

Fieldmaster runs the operational side of your ERP: requests, orders, stock, jobs, invoices and the people who do the work. Your ledger, VAT returns and payroll stay in the accounting package you already use. We build the connector between the two around your systems, in both directions, so approved orders, receipts and invoices reach your accounts without being typed in twice.

Already running SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics? Keep it. Fieldmaster becomes the field layer that feeds it.

FAQ

ERP Software Questions

What is ERP software?

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software runs a company’s core processes in one system: purchasing, stock, projects, billing, assets and people, usually with accounting at the centre. Everyone works from the same data instead of separate spreadsheets.

Is Fieldmaster an ERP?

Fieldmaster is a platform on which we build the ERP modules your operation runs on, around your own process: purchasing, stores, projects and billing, assets and maintenance, contracts, fleet, safety and attendance. Accounting stays in your accounting package, linked by a connector we build for you.

We already run SAP, Oracle or Dynamics. Do we need to replace it?

No. Keep it as your system of record, and use Fieldmaster for the work it doesn’t reach, such as site requests, stock in vans and work in the field. Fieldmaster sends it clean, approved data.

How long does it take to go live?

Each module is typically live in 10 to 18 working days. Most companies start with the module that hurts most, often purchasing or stores, and add the next once it is running.

Do you charge per user?

No. There is no per-user fee, so site staff, supervisors, office staff and subcontractors can all use it. The pricing page explains how it is priced instead.

Does it work in Arabic and without signal?

Yes. The app runs in more than 40 languages, including Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Bangla, and people on site can fill in forms, take photos and approve work without signal. Everything syncs when the connection returns.
