Data captured in Fieldmaster.ai, including the Fieldmaster Pocket, Workbox, Workflow, Snapshot and Link apps and Fieldmaster Console, is work data that belongs to the organization the user works for (see our Privacy Policy). That is why removal is requested by the organization, not by individual users.
Who can request removal
An administrator or other authorized person at the organization can ask us to remove:
- all of the organization’s data, for example when it stops using Fieldmaster.ai;
- the accounts and data of specific users, for example people who have left; or
- specific records.
Are you a user? Ask your organization’s Fieldmaster administrator. If you contact us directly, we will pass your request to your organization.
What happens next
- We confirm the request with the organization, using the contacts on its Fieldmaster.ai account.
- We agree exactly what will be removed, and whether the organization wants an export of its data first.
- We remove the data and confirm when it is done.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example for tax or legal purposes. We will tell you if that applies.
