Gas Cylinder Delivery, Proven at Every Door

Drivers scan every full cylinder dropped and every empty collected, or photograph the flow meter before and after a bulk fill, and the customer signs on the phone. The office gets delivered quantities per order, ready to invoice, and every cylinder tracked in and out. It runs as part of Fleet Management.

The problem

Where Delivered Gas Goes Missing

Cylinder deliveries usually run on paper delivery notes. The driver writes down what was dropped and collected, the customer signs if someone is there, and the note reaches the office days later. Short deliveries, swapped cylinders and empties that never came back are hard to trace.

Bulk fills are harder still. The quantity is whatever was written on the note, and when the customer disputes the invoice, there is nothing to show what the meter really said.

How it works

From the Customer’s Door to the Invoice

The driver scans, photographs and collects a signature. The platform turns it into quantities the office can bill.

  1. Scan the cylinders

The driver scans every full cylinder dropped and every empty collected at the door.

  2. Photograph the meter

For a bulk fill, the driver photographs the flow meter before and after.

  3. Customer signs

The customer signs on the driver’s phone, stamped with the time and place.

  4. Quantities worked out

AI reads the meter and works out the litres delivered. Cylinder counts come straight from the scans.

  5. Ready to invoice

The office sees the delivered quantities per order, and every cylinder tracked in and out.

Every Cylinder Tracked In and Out

Because each cylinder is scanned at the door, the counts never depend on what the driver remembers. The office sees what each customer received and what came back, order by order.

Delivery orders sit in the same Control Tower as the rest of the fleet: open, delivered and failed orders and on-time delivery, next to vehicle availability, documents, fuel and workshop jobs across every depot.

Part of Fleet Management

Deliveries on the Same Platform as Your Fleet

Gas delivery runs alongside the rest of Fleet Management, so drivers use one app for the whole shift.

  • Vehicle checks at clock-in

Drivers check the vehicle on their phone before the shift, with the plate and odometer read from photos.

  • Delivery orders on a map

Each driver sees their orders as a route plan and a map, with the delivery address and time window.

  • Proof of delivery

Orders are closed with arrival photos, a signature and barcode scans.

  • Breakdowns to the workshop

A breakdown on the route goes to the workshop with photos, the location and a response time.

  • Fuel from a receipt photo

AI reads the litres, cost and station from the fuel receipt, in Arabic or English.

  • One Control Tower

Delivery orders, on-time delivery, vehicle availability, documents and fuel across every depot.

FAQ

Gas Delivery Questions

What is proof of delivery?

A record of what was delivered, to whom, where and when. In Fieldmaster it is made up of the cylinder scans or meter photos, the customer’s signature, and the GPS location and time of the delivery, all attached to the order.

Does it work for both cylinders and bulk LPG?

Yes. Cylinder deliveries are counted from the scans of full cylinders dropped and empties collected. Bulk fills are measured from photos of the flow meter before and after the fill.

What if the driver has no signal at the customer’s site?

The Fieldmaster Pocket app works offline. Scans, photos and signatures are saved on the phone and sync when the signal returns.

Can delivered quantities go to our billing system?

Delivered quantities per order can be exported to Excel, and the platform can connect to your ERP or billing system through an integration set up as part of your project.

Is this separate from Fleet Management?

No. Delivery orders are added to Fleet Management as part of your setup, and run in the same app as vehicle checks, fuel, breakdowns and dispatch, with your own products and cylinder sizes.
