Mobile App Development for Operations Teams in the UAE

We build the apps that run your operation: a mobile app for the people on site and a web console for the office behind them. Companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the GCC come to us instead of a typical app development company because we don’t start from a blank page. Your app is built around your process on a platform already proven in production, so a typical app is live in 10 to 18 working days.

What we build

Apps We Build for Operations

Each one is built around the customer’s own forms, approval stages and roles. Start from one of these, or from your own process.

  • Maintenance and service contracts

Planned maintenance, fault-to-fix jobs and annual maintenance contracts for buildings and equipment.

  • Purchasing and stores

Material requests from site, vendor quotes, approval chains, purchase orders and stock.

  • Safety and permits

Observations, inspections, incidents, permits to work and corrective actions.

  • Fleet and journeys

Vehicle checks, workshop jobs, fuel, dispatch and journey approvals.

  • Utility field work

Meter replacement and reading, disconnection and reconnection, and inspections at the meter.

  • City services

Bin inspections, collection crews and trucks, checked against the contract.

  • Deliveries

Orders, routes and proof of delivery with photos, signatures and GPS.

  • Crews and attendance

Clock-in with a face check inside the site boundary, with no machines to install.

  • Collections and call centres

Call lists, promises to pay, follow-ups and field visits for overdue accounts.

Included

Included in Every Deployment

Whatever your pricing model, these come with every Fieldmaster.ai rollout.

  • Onboarding and setup

Covered by your one-time setup fee: our team structures your data, imports your existing asset lists and sites, and configures workflows to match how you operate.

  • Field-ready mobile app

Native app for field teams that works offline and in the language each worker prefers.

  • Training

Guided onboarding for supervisors and field teams, plus sessions whenever you add staff or new service lines.

  • Ongoing support and improvements

A dedicated team during rollout, regular operational check-ins afterwards, and platform updates at no extra cost.

  • Hosting, security and AI

Covered by your yearly subscription: hosting, data security, backups and archiving, and the AI checks your process runs, sized to your volumes.

Why it’s fast

Live in Weeks, Because Most of Your App Already Exists

Every operations app needs the same foundations: sign-in, roles and permissions, forms that work without signal, approvals, notifications, dashboards and exports. A typical app development company builds these again for each project, and you pay for them in time and money.

With us, more than 95% of every app is the platform, already running in production. We build your process on top of it, you see it working on a phone early on, and your team tests it before go-live. Your next app runs on the same platform, with the same users.

Our delivery path

Four Phases From First Meeting to Steady Running

Every project follows the same path, so you always know what comes next and what we need from you.

  1. Agree

A discovery session to map your process together, then a proposal and statement of work with the scope, plan and price, and a signed contract.

  2. Define

A kickoff meeting to agree the team, timeline and contacts. Requirements workshops turn your process into a detailed requirements document, which you sign off.

  3. Build

We assemble and configure the app on the platform to the signed-off requirements. Your team then tests it in user acceptance testing and signs it off.

  4. Launch

Go live, and real use starts. We train your key users, who train everyone else, and stay close to your team during hypercare in the weeks after launch.

Track record

A Platform Proven in Real Field Operations

Fieldmaster.ai grew out of our own field contracting work. These are the operations behind it, and the platform every new app is built on.

  • 15M

    Service visits completed

Field operations across the GCC and other international markets.

  • 2015

    In the field since

The year we started, as field contractors running crews across multiple sites.

  • 20+

    Apps built on one platform

Safety, fleet, utilities, waste, facilities, procurement and property.

  • 10–18

Working days to build a typical app

Changes after go-live take days, made by the people who built it.

What Our Clients Say

Organizations use Fieldmaster to improve coordination between field teams and office operations.

A fair fit

Apps We Don’t Build

We build apps that run an operation. For these, a general app development company is the better choice:

  • Consumer apps under your brand

Shops, booking apps, games and social apps for the public. We can connect to their backend, so the orders they take are carried out and tracked in Fieldmaster.ai.

  • Software you plan to sell

When the app is your product and you need to own the source code.

  • Marketplaces and startups

Two-sided platforms and new ventures built from scratch around a new idea.

FAQ

App Development Questions

Are you a mobile app development company?

Yes, for apps that run an operation. Unlike most app development companies, we build on our own platform, which already runs in production for field operations, so you get a working app around your process without paying for a build from scratch.

How long does it take to build an app?

A typical app is live in 10 to 18 working days. You see a working version of your own process on a phone early on, then your team tests it before go-live.

How is it priced?

A setup fee, then a yearly subscription priced on the work the app handles, which also covers hosting, support and maintenance. Every user is included: crews, supervisors, office staff, clients and vendors.

Do we get an Android and an iPhone app?

Yes. People on site use your app in Fieldmaster Pocket on Android or iPhone, and the office uses the web console. It is not published under your own brand in the app stores; for that, a custom build is the right route.

Does the app work in Arabic and without signal?

Yes. The app runs in more than 40 languages, including Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Bangla, and forms, photos and approvals work offline and sync when the connection returns.

Can the app connect to our other systems?

Yes. We build connectors to your ERP, accounting, billing or HR systems for each project, in both directions, so data isn’t typed in twice.

Who looks after the app after launch?

We do. You talk directly to the people who built your app, based in Muscat, Ajman and Cochin, and new screens, steps and reports usually land in days.
