Every journey depends on a vehicle that has to be validated, inspected and tracked, so vehicles are the fairest measure of the work Fieldmaster.ai does for you. Tracking runs on the driver’s phone, so there is no in-vehicle hardware to buy or fit. Start with one site or one fleet and your cost grows only as your fleet does.
Compare it with what your current process costs: one non-compliant trip can bring fines, incidents or liability, and supervisors spend hours every day coordinating requests and approvals by phone and message.

Questions About Pricing
Do subcontractor vehicles count toward the price?
Yes. Any vehicle that runs journeys through Fieldmaster.ai counts, whether it is company-owned or subcontracted, because each one is validated, inspected and tracked in the same way.
Do we need to buy tracking devices?
No. Every journey is tracked from the driver’s phone. If your vehicles already have IVMS, it can be connected as an integration and included in your quote.
Can we start with a smaller setup?
Yes. Many teams start with one site or part of the fleet and expand once workflows are established. We support phased rollouts.
How is setup charged?
As a one-time setup fee. It covers configuring the app around your process, loading your existing data and onboarding your teams. It’s a fixed price, quoted in your proposal as a number of working days. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Is there flexibility in billing?
Annual agreements are standard, with options for phased or pilot-based engagements. We’ll work out what fits your budget during the proposal.
