Pricing That Doesn’t Discourage Reporting
HSE data only arrives when reporting is easy for the people on the ground. Pricing per site means every worker and subcontractor with the app can raise an observation card without adding to your cost. Start with one site, and your cost grows only as you add more.

Questions About Pricing
Do workers and subcontractors count toward the price?
No. Pricing follows your sites, not the number of people reporting, so everyone on site can use the app without changing your cost.
What counts as a site?
A project, plant, yard, camp or other location you keep HSE records for. Work fronts within a site are set up as areas and don’t count as separate sites.
Can we start with one module?
Yes. Many teams start with observation cards and corrective actions on one site, then add modules and sites once the first is in daily use. We support phased rollouts.
How is setup charged?
As a one-time setup fee. It covers configuring the app around your process, loading your existing data and onboarding your teams. It’s a fixed price, quoted in your proposal as a number of working days. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Is there flexibility in billing?
Annual agreements are standard, with options for phased or pilot-based engagements. We’ll work out what fits your budget during the proposal.
