Every vehicle is checked, repaired, dispatched and fuelled through the system, so vehicles are the fairest measure of the work Fieldmaster.ai does for you. Drivers use their phones, so there is no in-vehicle hardware to buy or fit. Start with one depot, and your cost grows only as your fleet does.
Compare it with what the current process costs: a truck that goes out with a known defect, a breakdown that waits a day for the workshop, or fuel spend that nobody can reconcile.

Questions About Pricing
Do subcontractor vehicles count toward the price?
Yes. Any vehicle managed in Fieldmaster.ai counts, whether it is company-owned or subcontracted, because each one is checked, repaired and dispatched in the same way.
Do we need to buy tracking devices?
No. Drivers use their phones for clock-in, checks and fuel. If your vehicles already have telematics or IVMS, it can be connected as an integration and included in your quote.
Can we start with one depot?
Yes. Many teams start with one depot or part of the fleet and expand once the workflows are established. We support phased rollouts.
Can we add Safe Journey Management later?
Yes. Both run on the same vehicle and driver records. Tell us which you need, and we’ll quote them together or add journeys when you’re ready.
How is setup charged?
As a one-time setup fee. It covers configuring the app around your process, loading your existing data and onboarding your teams. It’s a fixed price, quoted in your proposal as a number of working days. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Is there flexibility in billing?
Annual agreements are standard, with options for phased or pilot-based engagements. We’ll work out what fits your budget during the proposal.
