Every asset is planned, serviced, inspected and recorded through the system, so assets are the fairest measure of the work Fieldmaster.ai does for you. Users aren’t counted: technicians, inspectors, storekeepers, supervisors and helpdesk staff all use it without a seat fee. Start with one building or site, and your cost grows only as your register does.

Any asset you maintain in Fieldmaster.ai: building equipment such as chillers, lifts, generators and fire systems, and field assets such as pumps, valves and meters. Each one carries its own service schedule and history.
Do we pay for each user?
No. Technicians, inspectors, storekeepers, supervisors and helpdesk staff all use the platform without a seat fee, so you can give access to everyone who needs it.
Can we start with one building or site?
Yes. Many operations start with one building, campus or network area, then roll out to the rest. You add assets and sites as you go, without disrupting existing work.
What does onboarding include?
Our team imports your asset register and service frequencies, sets up your sites, checklists, roles and sign-off rules, and trains your supervisors and field teams.
Is there flexibility in billing?
Annual agreements are standard, with options for phased or pilot-based engagements. We’ll work out what fits your budget during the proposal.
