Field first
Start Where the Work Starts
Many workflows start with a form at a desk. In field operations, they start somewhere else: at the workshop bench, the site store, the meter or the customer’s door, often with gloves on, patchy signal and many languages in one crew.
Fieldmaster Pocket is built for that moment. A mechanic who needs a part describes it in a voice note or takes a photo, without knowing the item code, and the voice note is turned into request lines. Every record is stamped with GPS, time and who did it, and the app keeps working offline. Approvals, stock and the rest of the office process run behind it, in the same app.

In practice
One Material Request, Followed Through
How a request runs in our purchase management app, from the workshop floor to the purchase order.
Speak or snap
The requester describes the part in a voice note, in their own language, or takes a photo of it.
Request filled in
The voice note is transcribed, translated into English and turned into request lines, with live stock shown for each item.
Approved on the phone
The request follows your approval chain. Managers approve or reject in the mobile app, even without signal.
Ordered and tracked
Approved requests become purchase orders, and each request shows who acted, when and how long each step took.
Delivered, not do-it-yourself
You Bring the Process. We Build the App.
With a build-it-yourself platform, your team becomes the app builder: forms, workflow rules, user access and every change after launch. That suits companies with people who have the time and interest to build.
With Fieldmaster.ai, we build the app around your process, train your trainers, and stay on after go-live. More than 95% of every app is the platform itself, already proven in production, so the project is spent on your process, not on building the basics. When the process changes, tell us, and the change usually lands in days.

A fair comparison
When Kissflow Is the Right Choice
Kissflow is a capable platform, and for many teams it’s the right call. It fits well when:
You have the people to build it
Your business teams and IT have the time to create, change and maintain their own workflows, forms and apps, with no-code and low-code tools.
All the work happens at a desk
Your processes are office requests and approvals in HR, finance, procurement or IT, with nobody working in the field.
A pre-built app is close enough
A pre-built app from the Kissflow App Store covers most of what you need, and your team adjusts the rest itself.

FAQ
Questions About Kissflow and Fieldmaster.ai
What is the difference between Kissflow and Fieldmaster.ai?
Kissflow is a platform your business teams and IT use to build their own workflows and apps. With Fieldmaster.ai, we do the building: you get a working app around your process, starting with the mobile app your field crews use, and we keep adapting it as you change.
Can we keep Kissflow for our office workflows?
Yes. If your office requests and approvals run well there, keep them. Fieldmaster.ai can take on the process your field crews run, and connect to other systems through APIs, webhooks and Excel import and export.
Do we need our own app builders or IT staff?
No. We build and configure the app. From your side, we need the people who know the process, for the workshops and testing, and a few key users to train.
Does the mobile app work offline?
Yes. Forms, photos, scans and voice notes are saved on the phone without signal, and approvals can be made offline too. Everything syncs as soon as the phone reconnects.
Do we pay for every user?
No. Fieldmaster.ai is priced on the work the app handles, such as items managed, journeys, purchase orders, permits or forms per month. Field crews, supervisors, clients and vendors are all included.
How long does it take to switch?
A typical app takes 10 to 18 working days to build. You can start with one process, such as material requests and their approvals, and add more later on the same platform and users.
Do you work with companies outside the GCC?
Yes. Most of our work so far is in the GCC, and we take on companies in other regions too. The same team builds and supports your app, from Muscat, Ajman and Cochin.
