Questions About Pricing
Do we pay for vendor or supplier accounts?
No. Vendors never need a seat or an account. When your team sends a Request for Quotation, suppliers receive a secure link and submit their bids, unit prices and attachments free of charge.
Are the mobile app and barcode scanning included?
Yes. Your field and warehouse teams get full access to the mobile app, including barcode scanning, timestamped photo capture for goods receipts, voice requests and every available language.
Is there an extra cost for approval workflows?
No. Approval chains are included, whether they depend on purchase type, site or value, so high-value purchase orders can go to senior management for a digital signature. Custom two-way integrations with finance or accounting software are scoped and quoted separately.
Is receiving and stock included?
Yes. When your purchases are for materials, the receiving and stock steps your process needs come with Purchase Management. If you also run your stores on Fieldmaster with Material Management, your quote covers both.
Can we add sites and items later?
Yes. You can add operational units, branches and items at any time. Your quote adjusts as your purchase orders grow, without disrupting existing operations.
