Questions About Pricing
Do we pay for vendor or supplier accounts?
No. Vendors never need a seat or an account. When your team sends a Request for Quotation, suppliers receive a secure link and submit their bids, unit prices and attachments free of charge.
Are the mobile app and barcode scanning included?
Yes. Your field and warehouse teams get full access to the mobile app, including barcode scanning, timestamped photo capture for goods receipts and stock issues, voice requests and every available language.
Is there an extra cost for approval workflows?
No. Approval chains are included, whether they depend on purchase type, site or value, so high-value purchase orders and expensive stock issues or transfers can go to senior management for a digital signature. Custom two-way integrations with finance or accounting software are scoped and quoted separately.
Can we add stores and items later?
Yes. You can add operational units, branches, stores and items at any time. Your quote adjusts to reflect the added SKUs, without disrupting existing operations.
