Capabilities

Handling Material Orders, Movement, and Usage as Work Happens on Site

What runs beneath the surface matters more than what sits in an office. Fieldmaster.ai was built by people who spent years in the dirt, and it shows in every feature we've engineered for the realities of material management on site.

Capability 1: Mobile-First, Offline-First

Field workers have full stock visibility, with or without signal

Fieldmaster mobile app is natively offline. Field personnel can view their issued stock, submit requests, confirm receipts, and record transfers even in basements, remote sites, or areas with no connectivity. The moment signal is restored, all data syncs automatically to the central System. Zero-effort multilingual support means the same app works in Arabic, English, Urdu, or any configured language detected from the device
automatically. No separate app versions.

Native offline data caching (not just 'works offline sometimes')

Auto-sync on reconnect — queued, ordered, conflict-resolved

One app, six languages, iOS and Android

iOS and Android — same codebase, same experience

Capability 2: Granular Access Control

Everyone sees exactly what they're supposed to see

Material data is sensitive. A field worker should see his issued stock
not everyone else's. A site supervisor should submit requests not approve them. A finance director should see PO values not field-level stock details. FieldMaster's *granular access control lets you configure permissions
by role, region, repository, and module. Define custom roles, assign them to individuals or teams, and modify
permissions without any developer involvement.

Role-based access by fRole-based access: field worker / supervisor / warehouse / procurement / finance / adminunction and location

Repository-level restrictions (e.g., Site A supervisor can't see Site B stock)

View-only vs. edit vs. approve permissions per module

Audit log: every action attributed to a named user

Integrated

From Start to Finish, Everything Stays Connected

Stock flows from procurement through the warehouse to the field worker's hands. Every step is tracked, every movement logged, every discrepancy caught before it becomes a problem. From the first SKU category to the last field issuance it's all one system.

SKU Categories & Stock Masters

Define every material, unit of measure,
and reorder threshold once. Referenced everywhere automatically.

Repository Masters

Map every warehouse, vehicle, and site store as a repository. Stock levels tracked per location in real time.

Approval Paths

Multi-level, fully configurable. Route by value, category, region, or any combination. No hardcoded logic.

Vendor Management

Maintain your supplier registry with SKU linkages. PO creation pulls vendor data automatically.

Material Transfer Forms

Internal stock movements between repositories create a full chain of custody. Approved, logged, reconciled.

Realtime Stocks

Live stock positions across all repositories and issued personnel. Always current updated on every GR and GI.

Capability 4: ERP Integration

FieldMaster Doesn't Replace Your ERP. It Fills the Gap It Left.

Your SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics instance manages your financials,
fixed assets, and procurement at the enterprise level.
FieldMaster captures the last-mile data that your ERP never sees
field issuances, mobile requests, offline receipts and syncs it back
through our integration layer.
The result: your ERP has complete, accurate data. Without requiring
your field workers to use an enterprise system built for accountants.

Bi-directional stock sync with SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics

PO export to ERP procurement modules

GR/GI reconciliation feeds

REST API available for custom integrations

Webhook support for event-driven workflows

Flexibility

Your process is unique, the platform adapts

No two material operations run the same way. A waste contractor's approval rules differ from a construction firm's. A ten-person team needs different workflows than five hundred. Fieldmaster low-code workflow builder lets your operations team configure approval paths, custom form fields, automated triggers, and notification rules without writing code. Changes go live immediately. Fieldmaster low-code workflow builder lets your operations team not a developer configure:

Custom approval path rules (conditions, escalations, timeouts)

Field-specific form fields and validation logic

Automated triggers (e.g., if GR quantity < PO quantity, flag for review)

Notification rules (who gets alerted, when, by what channel)

Trust

Built for operations that can't afford data failures

Security isn't an afterthought here. It's woven into the foundation because field operations demand it.

Encryption in transit and at rest

All data protected from source to server and everywhere in between.

Complete audit trail of every action

Every user, every timestamp, every change logged and traceable.

Isolation between regions and clients prevents data leakage

Role-based access ensures your data stays yours and doesn't bleed across boundaries.

99.9% uptime with automatic failover

Redundancy built in so your field operations never stop, even when systems fail.

Answers to Your Questions

Get answers to the technical details that matter most.

How does offline sync work if multiple field workers edit the same stock record?

Conflict resolution rules are configurable. Typically, the last confirmed good issue wins, with flagged discrepancies queued for admin review. Your team decides how conflicts get resolved.

Can we integrate FieldMaster with our existing SAP procurement module?

Yes. We have a standard SAP connector ready to go. Custom ERP integrations are scoped during onboarding and most take two to four weeks to deploy.

How are approval paths configured is it a developer task?

No. Approval paths are configured through a visual rule builder by your operations or IT admin. No code required, no developer needed.

What happens to data if a field worker loses or replaces their phone?

All data lives on the server. The app is just a view layer. A new device login restores full access and history immediately.

Can we restrict a field worker from seeing stock levels at other repositories?

Yes. Repository-level visibility is a standard access control setting. Each user's data scope is fully configurable by your admin team.
